Ellie Coburn Photography only services one wedding client per month on a first come, first serve basis. That said, it is strongly encouraged to inquire about wedding photography as early as possible in the wedding planning process. Prospective clients are warmly welcomed to inquire at any stage in their planning process (yes, even in the final hour), however, to increase your booking likelihood please inquire as soon as you know you’ll be needing wedding photography services.

All collections are delivered within nine weeks with the exception of the Superbloom collection’s courtesy three week (15 business day) delivery. Expedited photo turn around is available a la carte.

Yes! Every image ECP delivers has been artfully retouched. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. ECP retouches your entire gallery so that you have the power to choose which photos most resonate with your special day.

ECP understands that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. ECP will never pack up before the contracted time, and moreover, we’re not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, ECP will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.

You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or retouch/modify your images without written consent from ECP Photography.

Each ECP package is inclusive of full resolution image download. However, ECP does not provide RAW (unprocessed) or unedited JPEG files from any shoots. Your images are carefully captured with the end (post-produced) product in mind.
